MacBook Pro (2017) died and when I plugged in the charger it became completely unresponsive. Frozen screen and frozen keyboard. What do I do?

Long-press on the power button, and see if this MacBook Pro will hard-shutdown.
I have tried that. For some reason, it won’t budge. Maybe my power button is frozen as well?
If a ~10 second press of the power button didn’t force a shutdown, then contact Apple Support or your preferred hardware service provider, as it would appear this Mac has a very low-level hardware problem.
