Thanks for posting your question. As I understand it, you have a question about the Mail app on your iPhone.
To clarify, when you say your home page shows you have over a hundred emails, which home page are you referring to? Are you saying you see a red badge with 100+ on your Mail app icon, are you referring to webmail, or something else? This might help work out what's happening.
As a start, if you're expecting to see mail in your Inbox but it appears to be empty, try opening the Mail app and then going to your Inbox. At the bottom of the Mail app, it sounds like you might see a blue circle on the left and "Filtered By" in the middle. If that's the case, try tapping the blue circle to turn off the filter: Flag and filter emails on iPhone
