iPhone x is stuck on apple icon

The icon appears and disappears, tried to charge it, but it was charged already. Tried volume buttons + side button. Nothing seems to help

Phone is stuck on apple icon My iPhone 10 is stuck on the apple icon after I shut it off. I tried the volume button/side button pushing, but the apple just keeps coming back on. Anyone make a suggestion please? thanks
