I'm not sure what you mean by "there is no disk", but you might find this helps:


Reboot your Mac and immediately press and hold Option-Command-R until a spinning globe appears, then release the keys.


Then go into Disk Utility to try and erase the internal drive; hopefully, it will see the disk allowing you to do this.


Then quit disk utility and use the option to reinstall OSX.
