There is an app that 2 of us can redownload, (Simple Planes) but another family member cannot, does not give option to restore purchase.

How can I get in on the other device?

Is the other device compatible with this app?

In the information section of the following app store page from the problem Apple ID and/or problem device...

‎SimplePlanes on the App Store

...is the current device listed as compatible?


Does the device meet the stated requirements for the game? “iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPad Mini 1, iPod 5” or better.


Check with Apple iTunes support?
