Mac OS Catalina keeps disconnecting bluetooth devices

the problems will come back. I also bought the same adapter. at first it worked for a while and a few days it stopped working. 😟

Tried with bt dongle - same result - pls write comment when you get any working solution...

No. They didn't fixed. Apparently they keep ignoring their customers and don't care so much about it.

Thank you Calvin! Looks like most have done steps 1 - 6 there. Wondering if the magic sauce is in step 7 and 8. Can anyone else confirm which step seemed to resolve?

FWIW Im using Catalina 10.15.6

I turned off my WIFI completely for 10 minutes I didn't have problems but then I started to get disconnected again for my Magic keyboard and trackpad!

Same here... another method that didn't work for me :(, I can't use the apple mouse nor the airpods? come on Apple, it's so annoying, I don't want to buy another wired devices. :/

Didn't work.

My bluetooth keyboard, mouse, and earbuds work fine up until on a zoom call, and after the keyboard disconnects to save power, it can't reconnect again until the zoom call is finished.

This is driving me NUTS! The keyboard keeps dropping out. I have done everything, Taking me 5 minutes to write this. Bought a cheap Macanilly wired board to finish this post.
