Can't log to my mail using my godaddy buisness adress, can someone help me out?

For a reason that i ignore, i can't manage to connect my buisness email account to my mails.

been around all the process of adding a new account, tried this also

it doesnt seems to work, it says, unable to verify account name or password, but all my stuff seems to work together

can someone help me out ?

one of my computer works fine with it but the other one can't handle it ..
