iPhone 11 Pro missed calls

Check Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.

If this is turned on and the caller is not in your contacts, recent emails, etc. they will be sent straight to voice mail.

Hi I’m having the same problem where I have been missing calls since I did a software update yesterday February 7th. I checked all the settings that were suggested online.

I have to be toggling between airplane mode and restarting the phone to receive calls. Outbound calls are ok but inbound are going to voicemail. Again this all started after the last software update for iphone 11 pro max. Software version 13.3.1.

I have a screenshot of the missed calls but didnt want to post on the internet as it has peoples numbers.

let me know of any additional info needed to troubleshoot...tx

From what I've read is that your calls are showing up as missed and never came through. Being able to receive those calls are important and I'd like to help. I got some steps that may help and some questions to narrow the issue down.

Be sure that your iOS is up to date and your carrier settings are updated:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Silence unknown callers enabled in Settings > Phone, check this setting, if on, turn it off to see if that helps. Also, check the block settings.

Do you have any third party apps to block calls?

Does this seem to be with one contact or all contacts?

Does this happen in the same location or multiple locations?

When it happens, what is your cellular signal strength?
