HP thunderbolt docks MacBook compatibility

The new HP docks deliver 100W of power. Are they compatible with MacBook Pro ( 2016), witch original power adapter is 87W?

I personally would stay away from HP Docks. Here's a snippet and basically all their Docks never mention Mac.
