Failing Software Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from Mac OS Mojave to Catalina but it is failing with error attached, I previously had Mac Air and Now using MacBook Pro and I used the migration Assistant to Migrate the contents of the MacBook air to the MacBook Pro.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14

That error means there is a copy or partial copy of Install macOS Catalina.app in your Applications folder.

Move it to the Trash, empty the Trash.

Connect your MacBook Pro to your router via cable rather than rely on WiFi.

Restart your mac, try to download Catalina again, do not use the mac while it is downloading

and if other devices share the same internet connection don't use them either.
