MacBook Pro A1502 Catalina flashing folder and can’t connect to wifi

Hey Everybody

My MacBook Pro is having a problem where it can’t connect to any WiFi or Bluetooth network plus on top of that it is booting up with a flashing folder with a question mark is there anyway I can fix it I tried to boot up in recovery factory reset but it’s asking for a wifi network but it can’t connect to WiFi what should I do and thanks.
