Hey Everybody
My MacBook Pro is having a problem where it can’t connect to any WiFi or Bluetooth network plus on top of that it is booting up with a flashing folder with a question mark is there anyway I can fix it I tried to boot up in recovery factory reset but it’s asking for a wifi network but it can’t connect to WiFi what should I do and thanks.

Yes I have I need a way to put it in recovery mode but my MacBook WiFi card is not functional what should I do
I tried to use a usb to Ethernet adapter and see if that works but it doesn’t read it for some reason
