My daughter forgot her Apple ID and password and we can not get off the activation page on her IPhone. I tried looking on the webpage but I get confused. Can someone help me through this?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If necessary, if you/she are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
