Itunes black without content iPhone 8

Hi,

Itunes seems to be dead - not respoding. Only have black screen without possibility yo do anything.

I have res-signed to iPhone account, re-installed app, updated phone, nothing...

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Have you tried

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

or

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
