App update problem with Apple ID

I am receiving notifications saying I cannot update my apps because 'it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID'. The problem is probably due to the fact that I changed my Apple ID to a different email address a few months ago but I don't know how to get my app updates. Any suggestions?

Did you just change the email address of your existing Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID. If you created a new ID, one option is to delete the apps and download them using your new ID if desired. If you did a name change on your existing Apple ID, try signing out of the App Store/iTunes and then sign back in.
