turn off action suggestions

When I want to click on an item, a small box appears with a menu that offers a few suggestions like "open in separate tab". This little menu is very persistent and sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries to just click on the item I want to open. I don't know what these menus are called or how to turn them off.

Thank you
