Finder Columns view display bug

Hello there, I own 2 Macs and one of them (the most recent) does not display the columns view properly, see below the gutter bars are thick and the handle is at the bottom

This is the Columns View on my other Mac and the one I want!

Did anyone notice or have had this issue?

in System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars:

uncheck [Always]

Thanks, it was set on Automatically based on mouse or trackpad, I switched to When Scrolling

Hi Louis, the first answer solved my issue. I have a 2018 15" MBP and run Catalina
