Mophie PowerPack Wont Charge Phone

Mophie PowerPack worked for a week, now it no longer charges my phone. Stopped working around the time I had to upgrade to 13.3.1 for iOS. I upgraded and it still doesn't work. I have a 7 Plus. The phone can charge inside or outside the Mophie case. Seriously Apple, this is ridiculous and a nasty way to try and get me to upgrade 8 months before the new iPhone comes out.

What exactly are you trying to use? Is it a charging case ("juice pack") or a separate USB power bank (Mophie calls theirs "powerstation")? There's nothing specifically about a power bank that would stop working with a specific device. If there's a problem with a charging case (since that has to communicate via a Lightning connection), I'd contact Mophie.
