Apple ID

I sighs with my alpple ID on my new iPhone pro 11 max last night and it’s still running but it doesn’t work.

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

It hasn't completed the sign in? If that isn't the problem, more information would help.


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.

If necessary


Hard reset. https://www.wikihow.com/Hard-Reset-an-iPhone


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
