Smart battery case XR, please advice

Hello,

I bought couple days ago smart battery case for iPhone XR.

And I find out that the battery case is really powerful, and during the day of 12+ hour using the iPhone I waste all the power of battery case, but my mobile battery is still 100% full.

So my question is, is it smart to use all the time the smart battery case, so the mobile battery is all the time charging on case, will my battery of mobile get worse.

And what is the best way to use the smart battery case.
