Unbalanced audio between AirPods Pro

Hi, I've got a replacement couple of AirPods Pro at the Apple Store due to an hardware issue with the ones I've bought. These replacement AirPods seems to have an unbalanced audio between the Left and Right speaker; I feel a pretty consistent inequality favouring the Right channel. I'm not able to tell if this is a volume issue or a sound frequency issue, though.

Is there someway to assess this in a controlled way? I fear that bringing again the AirPods in the store I could not receive support.

Thank you.

This may resolve your problem:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility.
  2. To adjust the audio volume balance, drag the Left Right Stereo Balance slider.
  3. To combine the left and right channels, turn on Mono Audio.
