Sync Apple mail folders across all devices

At one time you could create IMAP mail folders & have them sync to iPad & iPhone. Can you still do this?

Can you syncronize Mail folders across Apple Mail and iPhone Mail? After I've addressed an email, I organize it into different folders (or mailboxes) I've created in my Apple Mail Account. They are not organized in my iPhone. Is there a way to sync my mail clients so that when I move an email into a Folder/Mailbox on my Mac, it does the same on my phone?

Apple Mail and IMAP - syncing folders and messages across systems I have never been able to replicate folders and syncing using IMAP across systems. iMac, iPhone, Macbook Air I have read a few threads on this and found no clear answers so what is the best way to replicate all folders across all systems o that mail is synced across platforms? All systems are using current software and all systems use Apple Mail. Thanks for any advice.

That should be possible as long as the mail account that you are using is configured as an IMAP account.
