Issue with USB port on my Time Capsule
There is no indicator light on one of my USB ports. Does this means that sport is inoperable? How do you reset it?

Two things here that indicate that you are confused.
1) There is only one USB port on a Time Capsule
2) A USB port does not have an indicator light
So, you are likely telling us that one of the 3 LAN Ethernet ports.....labeled as <--> are not working, or it might be the WAN port, which is labeled with an "O" or circle of dots.
If the light next to the Ethernet port is not working, this can be an indication of several things.
Try connecting the Ethernet cable to one of the other 2 Ethernet ports. If the port lights up, then the Ethernet cable is OK and the original Ethernet port has failed. No way to repair that, just don't use it.
If the indicator light does not come on when you connect it to another port, you may likely have a bad Ethernet cable. Try another cable on the various Ethernet <--> ports.
