My phone screen won't respond and it is shaking

My iPhone 11 screen is broken. When i turn my phone on, the screen is shaking and turning grey. Putting in the charger won't help or I can't turn my phone completely off either. I'm stuck until tomorrow without my phone. Is there something I can do to fix this by myself or something that might help?
