Broken Device

My iPhone 7 has stopped reading SIM cards, after trying every Apple suggested possibilities to make it work and, taking it to an Apple support store here in Brazil. I was told that this was a production error. Therefore I was wondering whether Apple would replace my device with a new one or if, at least, I would be given some credits when purchasing a new iPhone.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

We are all users on this forum, so we can't tell you what Apple will or won't do.

If your phone says searching, no service or sim invalid on your iPhone 7, see this link about this issue --> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
