When I take a screenshot on my iPhone XR, the image is clear. If I go into Photos and text it to someone, it is clear. If I EMAIL it to someone, it is blurry. Any suggestions on what’s going on? Very frustrating when I screenshot something and try to share by email. Thanks for any suggestions!
Are you using iCloud Photos and enabled the options to "optimize" storage space on your phone?
If yes, all photos you take will be saved on your device as a preview picture, and the high resolution image will be saved to iCloud.
In order to send a high resolution photo, you will have to download the photo first onto your device and then send it via Mail.
Switch the settings to "Download an keep originals" to avoid that in the future.

Sorry, if I forgot to mention, that the changes will only affect photos that are taken from now on.
You will have to download previous pictures from iCloud, as explained in the article, to store them on your device in full resolution.
I changed the setting and the photos are still blurry. :(
