My visual voicemail stopped working. Straight talk is my wireless carrier. After two hours on the phone with them and a phone reset, it is still not working. How do I fix this on an iPhone 8? There is not a set up visual voicemail option in the phone app.

IF you don't see visual voicemail on your phone that means you're not provisioned to use it by straight talk.
You need to call them back and speak to someone higher up.
