I can't transfer videos from my iphone to pc (Windows). Pictures upload fine, but it errors out ("Something went wrong" error) when it tries to upload a video. The odd time it will upload one video before erring out. I've tried using other computers and it still doesn't work and my husband's phone works on my computer.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having issues transferring videos from your iPhone to your computer. Your husband has no issues with his phone on the same computer. I’ll be happy to help with this.
Do you use iCloud Photos? If so, you should be able to use iCloud for Windows and set it up so your photos and videos automatically sync to your PC. You can read more about this here:

If you don’t use iCloud, make sure that iTunes is up to date on your PC:
Update to the latest version of iTunes
Make sure your iPhone is up to date as well. This link has details:

Then try importing your photos using the steps in this link:
