Apple Watch
I am interested to buy a watch from apple but my carrier is with three and this is not listed. Does this mean I cannot buy the gps + cellular version? is there another way or is gps the only version that I can use?

The cellular carrier must share the iPhone's phone number with the Apple Watch. Not all carriers will do this, or if they buy services from other carriers, may be contractually prohibited from doing that.

The GPS only Apple Watch can do Everything the cellular model can do as long as your iPhone is nearby, where nearby is somewhere in the same 3-4 bedroom home (assuming typical wood frame construction).
