it is not possible to update applications

Hello. When you log in to the app Store, it is not possible to update the installed free apps! It's time for me to update 8 free apps in the App Store, but I get this message - it's Not possible to update the app because this content has been refunded or purchased using a different Apple ID. But I didn't log in with another Apple ID! And I can't update it! How do I fix this error? What are my next steps?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device and then signing back in again? Have you checked your purchases history to see if the apps are there?

If the apps don't show in your purchases history, you need to delete them, and download them using your current Apple ID. If the apps do show in your purchases history, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
