i don't see one year free trial new ipad

i just got an email that i have a few days left to activate, but the one year free is not showing up. Tried logging in from other devices and the new ipad.

You should redeem the offer on the new device, using the Apple ID account that it was first registered with. The offer is not for the 2nd user or later.

If you do not get to see the year offer after doing as described, then contact Apple Support for assistance. They can help users for whom the automated way doesn’t work as intended.
