I am continually typing my email address to access my account in various browsers and apps. Is there a function or macro or some way to easily enter an email address?

You can try text replacement in Settings>General>Keyboard. Or, you can use Keychain or any other password manager app.

Jerry ~ If, in the future, text replacement isn't the solution for a problem, check out Apple's Shortcuts app. One undocumented feature is the ability to open a particular Settings pane directly – without the usual extra tapping and swiping. By the way, here's how a custom shortcut would have copied your email address to the clipboard ready for pasting & entering:
