Fake Facetime calls?

Fake Facetime calls?

My boyfriend has received 3 calls from me during a one minute time span on two different occasions.

I’m not sure if it’s a glitch, but I changed my apple ID password just to be safe.

February 15th at 9:49 he received 3 calls in a row in the same minute and on February 17 he also received the same 3 calls at 11:03.

If anyone could tell me what is happening I would appreciate it. Keep in mind we both have had the same number for years. So there are no multiple numbers under our own contacts and I also have no apps that can access my contacts and neither does he.
