User will be able to go backward in finder like we do it on web browser

In a web browser when user want to go back to previous page he swipe left to right to go previously visited page, so i was thinking if we can do that in finder ,instead of clicking on backward arrow.

clicking back on safari hi, when using safari and want to go back to the previous page I will click the back button but then a list of all of the previous pages comes up. I don't want to choose from a big list every time. I will end up having to click the back button 3x to get to the previous page. I just want to go back to the previous page with 1 click

View page info I used to be able to view page info using a right click on a page, using Firefox, but there is/was a way to do it in Safari, too. Has the key combo changed? I can view page source but that isn't what I'm looking for. Is view page info still available? The attached picture is an example of what I'm looking for:

How to go back to previous site while retaining existing tab. How do I go back to the previous tab without loosing the tab I'm in. Happens in a search where I select a page from a google search, go to the selected page and then would like to return to the search page but retain the first page I selected. Thanks

Unfortunately no, that is not a gesture that is built into the macOS.
