about apple ID
I bought an iPhone that had somebody else's ID in it. A few days later, he went missing and then when he did, he was asking for an ID that was used by someone else and I had no idea who he was.

You will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless.
