Microphone, Camera, and Speech recognition do not appear in my privacy tab.

I'm running El Capitan 10.11.6 on a 2009 macbook pro, my external microphoe is showing in the audio preferences but Microphone, Camera, Speech Recognition, are not showing in my Security and Privacy settings. Does anybody know how to make these visible so I can set permissions? Thanks.

Hello,

This permissions pane was introduced in macOS 10.14 Mojave. El Capitan does not require these explicit permissions to use the microphone.
