Every time I update my apps, the App Store prompts me for my Apple ID password. I tried to find the “Password Settings” in my iPad Settings but it is not there. I do not know why my iPhone does not ask me for my password every time I update but my iPad does. Please help me.
If you have selected Don’t Require - and the issue remains - then a forced-restart may help.

Hi, LotusPilot. Thanks for the reply. I did what you told me and, unfortunately, it still prompts me for my Apple ID password.
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases
Choose from Always Require or Don’t Require - in your case, as described, you’ll want to choose the latter.
