Family sharing on Apple TV website
Through Family Sharing, can AppleTV be viewed through the Apple TV website on a non-Apple desktop WITHOUT the family member using MY Apple ID?

They should be able to log into tv.apple.com to watch Apple TV+ however some people report they are unable to watch Apple TV+ on non Apple devices.
