I have two issues. I have two Macs set up to get SMS and iMessages from my iPhone.
This all has worked for years. None of my settings have changed. I have logged out of my Apple ID, iCloud. Restarted. Nothing is working. thank you

Text messages, SMS or MMS, transmit only thru the voice link of a telephone if the carrier has enabled the service on the phone number. So a computer will never receive one directly and a cellular phone will need to do the forwarding from the voice to the data link. Hence Demo's suggestion to shake out the iPhone and see if that restarts the process.
Have you tried turning iMessages off on your phone, restart it, turn it on again and go to text message forwarding on your phone and make sure that both Macs are selected to receive the texts.
