there is a badge on my "app store icon" that won't go away ios 13.3.1

I had tried all the steps listed on the internet BUT I didn't try plugging the charger in and that WORKED!! Thank you for your reply!!
I also tried this before plugging my charger in
I then turned off my phone and turned it back on...
Now try plugging in the charger and see if the badge goes away.

I have the same problem, but restarting my iPhone or plugging in a charger doesn't help.
There are no updates to be done, if I have 3 updates, the badge will say 4.
I checked all previous installed apps, but no updates can be found.
No, that also didn't work.
Does it have to be an original Apple charger?
Because I'm using a licensed cable but not an original Apple cable.

My charger is the original usb-c charger... I have the 11 Pro
I have this same issue. I tried all of these steps including using the OEM USB-C charger and cable that came with my iPhone 11 Pro. Still have the badge. Any other ideas?
