Pop up/Down down menu in Pages

I am designing a form in Apple Pages 8.2.1 and I'd like to make some CHECK boxes and Down Down and/or Pop Up Menus. Is this possible and how is it done?

Thanks

MS Word and LibreOffice Writer have formal form design tools that support building interactive document forms with check boxes, lists, and other well known form features. These export nicely to PDF too. No version of Pages was designed to be a Word clone, nor has any similar form building capabilities.

Although Pages does support Placeholder text, that is not a proper form, and is single use only in the current Pages document, or template. It is not an interactive field, and that placeholder functionality does not survive exportation to PDF or Word documents.
