Copy/Paste Automatically with Siri Shortcuts

Is there a shortcut formula that automatically pastes clipboard contents into a text field? I have a set of instagram tags saved in Shortcuts that will automatically copy to clipboard when I run it, but how do I get it to go ahead and paste them in the open instagram description text field?

Creating a Shortcut to quickly get to the Keyboard > Text Replacement utility I like to use the text replacement utility on my iPad but it’s a mess to tap through menus to get there. I would like to build a Shortcut with the Shortcut app. However, I can only script the Shortcut to open the settings app. I can’t see a way even with automation to go deeper and simulate a tap on Keyboard then a tap on Text Replacement then the + sign to add a new text replacement (and ideally paste contents of my clipboard into the Phrase field. The goal is to say “create text replacement” and then all I need to do is assign the shortcut phrase and then save.

Is it true that "Shortcuts" cannot Paste anything? The "Shortcuts" App. I have used it successfully to have F1 "Copy" by using the Action "Copy to keyboard" and it works. However when searching for a "Paste" Action, there does not appear to be one. I found "Get Clipboard" but that does not paste the text to the screen. Is that other people's experience? I'm getting tired of command (control / whatever) and C or V to paste. It's given me severe carpal tunnel in my left hand only over the years. The "Claw" shaped hand doctors inform me cause/assist/aggravate peripheral neuropathy and carpal tunnel. Is there a way to have Shortcuts "Paste"? (Please do not discuss any 3rd party "free" or paid keyboard re-mapers as too many spying keyboard loggers appear bundled with these "free" software applications. It would be nice if the shortcuts "Help" menu option would show "we deliberately prevent a pasting shortcut" - when you search for "paste" under help, if that is the case.

Running a shortcut with Siri does not work, why not? I created a shortcut to get the date and copy it to the clipboard. I originally wanted to have the shortcut paste the date into the Notes.app where the cursor is but that's apparently not possible... Directions from the Shortcut app say you can always use Siri to run a shortcut by saying "Hey Siri" and the shortcut name. Well, it doesn't work. All I receive is pain and suffering for attempting to make something easier.
