Screen filter
My screen suddenly turned to just black and white. I tried to fix it from the “color filters” in accessibility setting but it didn’t go back to the normal colors. What do I do?

You took a good step checking on the color filter setting in Accessibility settings. Let's explore these settings further, and make sure no other unwanted settings are enabled: Adjust the display and text size on iPhone - Apple Support. It does sound like Grayscale was enabled under Color Filters, but when you turned Color Filters off, your display remained in Grayscale. I would also recommend force closing Settings: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, and then restart your phone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support after confirming Color Filters is Off.
