End to end encrypted data

Ok everyone says it just deletes your keychain when u reset encrypted data. I don’t even know what that is; apparently passwords/ accounts. So will it delete my social media accounts and the passwords to get into them? All my apps such as venmo? My Apple wallet? Paying bills insurance and bank apps? I really hate technology, just want to use my phone for these basic things...
