Every time I try to open the music app, appears that message and I just don´t know how to get rid of it.

This is just so wonderful. I had already downloaded several gigs of music I purchased outright to my brand new iPhone. Now, what, they removed it? What’s that? I have to download it all again? I already regret switching from Samsung.
THANK YOU! That was driving me crazy. I couldn't even toggle to my home screen on my iphone X. I won't be accepting the 3 month trial for Apple Music again, how annoying. Really appreciate the fix, thanks.

I’m getting a msg saying that this account does not have Apple music enabled ? I’m supposed to teach a zoom class shortly & most of my music has disappeared
Same here; tried all those things. No soap.
I have tried shutting down, restarting both my MacBook Pro & iPhone and nothing is helping.

Just tried it and it synched - everything up to date. I did NOT reset network settings.
Now resolved for me...
