Payoneer Debit Card - The credit card you entered is not supported in the Pakistan Store.

Hi,

I was using Payoneer Debit Card on my Apple / iTunes stores and it got expired last year in Nov 2019. When I got the new card, it is not accepting it and show message

"The credit card you entered is not supported in the Pakistan Store."

My Payoneer card is in USD.

I even tried to add my Standard Chartered card, it was showing a popup

"An unknown error has occurred

Your request could not be completed because of an error. Try again later."

and every time I try to add that card, it keeps showing same error.

Hello adiie9.

Make sure that your payment method's billing address is in the same country your Apple ID is registered to and is one of the payment methods listed here:

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID

If I understand your post correctly, you are having trouble changing your payment method. I’d like to help.

Try adding your new card first and then removing the old card. This guide will show you how:

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

Also,

The card I am using is of Payoneer Mastercard USD currency. and Pakistan store charges in PKR. May be that is why it is not accepting my card?

" The credit card you entered is not supported in the Pakistan Store."

Hi,

I have already removed old expired card, set payment method to ‘none’ and tried to add Debit Card by Payoneer again. Same issue appears.

Hi,

My account country is "Pakistan" and billing country is "Pakistan" and my Payoneer account billing details are for "Pakistan" as well and I am using the address I have on Payoneer billing settings.

It is still not working.
