I dont think so, I only allocated around 100gb to Boot Camp storage.
Why? The disk0 is 251GB, with 314MB EFI and shows 250GB BOOTCAMP. If you choose second partition, instead of the third in the list, the Windows installer would wipe macOS. Do you have a macOS backup?
It should be disk0. Can you post the output of
diskutil list disk0
from Utilities -> Terminal?
On a Mojave/Windows dual-boot, the output should look very similar to
diskutil list disk0
/dev/disk0 (internal):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme 251.0 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 314.6 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_APFS Container disk1 218.7 GB disk0s2
3: Microsoft Basic Data 31.8 GB disk0s3
Disk0 does not seem to have a valid macOS installation. You seem to have allocated the entire storage to BC/Windows. Was this intentional?
Before you do, exit Disk Utility, click on Utilities -> Terminal, and post the output of
diskutil list
You have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) - Technical Specifications.

There should be a second number, after 15, separated by a comma. See Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support for reference.
To get to Internet Recovery, reboot and hold Command+Opt+R, before the Apple logo appears.
Can you boot into Internet Recovery, which will help in inspecting the disk(s)?
What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number) and macOS version?
You need to erase the whole disk.
In this Terminal Window, run
diskutil eraseDisk jhfs+ INTERNAL disk0
which will erase the whole disk.
Run msinfo32 and check. Also, post the value of BIOS mode.
If you are willing to re-install macOS, see About macOS Recovery - Apple Support. You are able to use Recovery, so re-installation should be fairly straightforward.
You need to erase the whole disk0 in Disk Utility.
I dont think I do. But can I just reinstall a new macos without my old storage?
I allocated the storage so that I could play some games on windows since I saw a lot of people doing them. But mainly i use my mac for work.
I posted diskutil list on the first page of this discussion. I posted the screenshot of 12 discs i think.
I erased the BOOTCAMP disc but it says 0GB and the disc is still in Disc Utility. Is this correct?
How do you boot into internet recovery when you're in window 10?
Im not sure where to look for my macbook's model since im on window.
