This will work even if you're in windows?
Btw, System model: Macbook Pro 15, 1
I cannot get to internet recovery because im on windows. There are no apple logos when i open up only windows.
Macintosh HD cannot be found
How do i create a new disc to reinstall mac?
I dont think so, I only allocated around 100gb to Boot Camp storage.
All i see in disk 0 are BOOTCAMP disc and macos base disc. Wheres disk0?
I erased the boot camp, do i also have the erase the base system?
When you said "Ensure that the whole disk was erased." Do you mean the BOOTCAMP disc or the base system disc? Because at the moment I only have 2 discs which are BOOTCAMP and base system.
What do I do next?

Good.

This is the Recovery from Apple. You cannot/should not erase it. Ensure that the whole disk was erased. As a check, quit Disk Utility, click on Utilities -> Terminal and post the output of
diskutil list
and we can check.
Reboot and hold Command+R. This should put your MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) - Technical Specifications in local Recovery.
See About macOS Recovery - Apple Support for reference.
This is what i got
And it continues on to disk 24
The thing is that it wont let me install on Boot Camp disc and I dont have Macintosh HD anymore. Hence why I cant re install it. How do i create a new macintosh HD so that i can reinstall macos?
