When I paired my Apple Watch with my new phone none of my activity history moved with it.

Hi, I got a iPhone 11 Pro Max yesterday an when I paired my Apple Watch with it none of my activity history moved with it. Is there a way that I can get all my old activity history such as my workouts an all to hook up to my new phone where I paired it to my new phone?
