Password Entry Duplicating Characters

Hey,

So my college Wifi requires the respective proxy to be done.

I am using the WEB PROXY along with the other proxies available.

After putting the necessary details like the URL, Port number and website, the password box is messing around.

The password given to me is a 10 character.

After saving and opening Safari, its not connecting.

After I go back and check the password box its shows that I have entered 15 characters.

I don't know how that happens. Every single time I change its the same thing with all the other different proxies.

Please help me out.

Regards

Evans Joel

Verify you have not copied and pasted a trailing or leading "space"; this would count as a character.

Beyond that—it is an excellent question for your University IT department /Support.

I would not hesitate to put a call in.
