I recently 'lost' my iPhone 11. I blocked the device and remotely erased the data (and I think removed the device). I have a replacement now but have started receiving texts from 'FindMyPhone' advising that iphone was found and switched ON. Advice was to view current location at 'icloud.co-th.us'. this takes me through to an iCloud sign in page. Looks dodgy?
